Double Negative takes recruitment drive to Australia & New Zealand

Double Negative is on a hiring spree and this time they are visiting Australia and New Zealand. With the current team close to 900 in London and 100 in Singapore, both the office are continuing to grow steadily. Dneg will be in Australia from 16th to 19th January 2011, and New Zealand from 21st and 22nd January.

Talking to AnimationXpress Asia Pacific, Hannah Acock, Talent Manager Dneg shared "Over the next 12 months and beyond, we will be looking for VFX crew across the board for both our Singapore and London offices. We are always looking to meet with happy, talented people as we have various opportunities arising on a continual basis. We are currently hiring for Compositors, Production crew and Senior TDs for our Singapore office and for various 3D and Compositing positions in our London office. Harriet Bates, HR Advisor at Dneg shared, "We are visiting Australia and New Zealand to meet with people wanting to know a bit more about Dneg and our London or Singapore offices. We will be able to provide more information on current projects, the general culture of the company and our upcoming hiring needs. We will be holding an open drinks evening in both places and the details of these will be posted on our website soon."

 Dneg is working on a range of projects at the moment including, Jon Carter of Mars, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 and Captain America. The studio are hiring for various positions across all of these projects and for movies that we will be working on later in the year.

She concluded, "We are very excited about the work that we are doing at Double Negative right now and the future movies that will be coming in this year.
