3 MOUs signed at the ACE and VC Forum 2010

At the closing ceremony of the ACE and VC Forum, three MOUs were signed between Thai and the international companies.

The MOU's were between the following companies-

"TIGA" (Thailand) and "ANTAH - UTV" (Malaysia) for Development and production "Coco Rabbit" animation series Season #3

Byte in a Cup (Thailand) and Fatcheez Pte Ltd. (Malaysia) with Animation Xpress Asia Pacific for the Merchandising and licensing rights for 'The Salad'

"G Motif" (Thailand) and "Bigbeak Pictures" (Malaysia) for production of "Shadow of Symphony" animation

On the concluding note, Dr.Wuttipong Pongsuwan Vice President Technology Transfer
Software Industry Promotion Agency shared, "The Asia Business Matching for Creative Economy 2010 and Venture Capital Forum Asia 2010 events have played an important role as a driving force for creative economy by the Government's national policy that stated Thailand to become a production base for digital content's knowledge exchanges and for export digital content regionally in the near future. Asia Business Matching for Creative Economy 2010 and Venture Capital Forum Asia 2010 projects have met their objectives of becoming the digital content industry's showcase for promoting Thai producers' abilities and competencies in terms of the skills in human resources and the advancement in technology that meets with international standards which can be seen through the 10 DMA Awards categorized in film, animation, and game. Moreover, the digital content entrepreneurs from Thailand are able to participate in 360 business matching sessions that drove forces of digital content industry towards international market expansion and foreign direct investment or joint production in Thailand of over 1000 million baht investment."
