SIPA to organize Creative Collaboration 2011 in March, calling for International Participants

The Creative Collaboration 2011, Under Digital Media Asia 2010 (DMA) by Software Industry Promotion Agency (SIPA) is slated for Thursday 17th March, 2011 Swissôtel Le Concorde, Bangkok, Thailand.

The project is initiated by SIPA under Digital Media Asia 2010 (DMA) aiming to be a platform of international networking and collaboration for Thailand’s creative industry which includes software, film, music, digital content as well as academic and professional organization.

Talking to AnimationXpress Asia Pacific, Kamon Jirapong shared, “The objective of this project is to promote the collaboration between Thai creative entities and their international counterparts in which mutual collaborations such as project joint-venture, co-investment, buy & sell, outsourcing, information and technology exchange can be developed through this project. Incoming overseas partners will have access to first-hand information of Thailand’s creative industry as well as great opportunity to explore potential partners or new products to empower their business capability and revenue. This project is more likely to be an "Introduction". So we can support only travel arrangement, accommodation, reception, showcase space at the venue and do PR through media channels.

All MOU partners will be entitled to sponsorship package once selected by project’s committee.
We are delighted to welcome all participants around the world to participate in this special project and look forward to the promising future of all partners through the Creative Collaboration 2011 project.

The event will see the selected MOU Partners for the International MOU Signing Ceremony totaling 20 MOUs (Selected by the Project Committee) as well as showcasing the MOU Partners’ works, products or the company’s other related work selected from the industry. There will be an official Dinner reception for the MOU Partners, representatives from Government Agencies, Academic Institutions or Organizations. The last date to for applying for participation is on 27th Feb 2011.

Digital Content International Forum 2011 will have Special talk by guest speaker on a digital appealing topic.

Eligible Applicants
1. Companies, organizations or academic institutes operate in Thailand in the area of Film, Music, Digital Content (Animation and Games), and Software.
2. Proposed incoming partners (MOU partners) must be either companies, organizations or academic institutes operate overseas* in the area of Film, Music, Digital Content (Animation and Games), and Software.
(*Overseas refers to countries in Asia Pacific (excluded Thailand), Middle East, North America, South America and Europe)
3. Proposed incoming partners must be able to provide a proof of business registration in those corresponding territories. Academic institutes, Professional organizations, and Government agencies can replace a proof of business registration with other related official documents.

SIPA International MOU Under Digital Media Asia 2010 (DMA 2010)
Please submit the application form together with these required documents. Thai Companies / Institutions

1) 1 copy of the business registration of the applicant certified true copy by a company’s authorized person.
2) Your company’s portfolio in form of DVD or brochure which includes your company’s business and services.
3) For government agency and academic institution, one of the following is to be submitted with the application form;

3.1 Designated official website 3.2 An official letter from the agency/institution authorized person indicating intent to apply 3.3 Agency/institution’s latest Annual Report International Companies / Institutions
1) 1 copy of the business registration of the oversea partner certified true copy by a company’s authorized person.
2) Oversea company’s portfolio in form of DVD or brochure which includes company’s business and services.
3) For oversea government agency and academic institution, one of the following is sufficient in submitting with the application form;

3.1 Designated official website 3.2 An official letter from the agency/institution authorized person indicating intent to apply 3.3 Agency/institution’s latest Annual Report
