MDeC appoints Franklin Rae as its corporate PR agency

MDeC has appointed Franklin Rae, one of the UK's leading specialist media PR companies, as its corporate PR agency.

Franklin Rae will be working closely with MDeC to raise the profile of Malaysia's world-class animation, gaming and VFX companies within the international creative trade press. The three month project has an emphasis on press and networking activities which began around the world's largest international media market, MIPCOM.

MDeC assists Malaysian media companies in co-developing and co-owning IP for the global market, through the promotion of Malaysia's world-class facilities, its cultural diversity, a highly skilled talent pool and the government funding initiatives available. The main aim is to establish the country as an internationally renowned media hub.
