The CXO Conference Day is on Friday April 6th and the Creative Weekend is on Sat & Sun April 7-8th. KR8V.Asia is a regional showcase; the event will act as a catalyst for creative industry development through skills and talent development, deal making and business matching, industry intelligence and policies.x

KR8V.Asia consists of a CXO level professional day conference and Creatives Weekend Master Class which will be conducted by Highly Acclaimed International Speakers who worked with global brands such as Avatar, Pirates of the Carribean, Tron, Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks, LucasArts, Lady Gaga, Nike and many more. Howard Goldkrand is the Innovations Director for Modernista! where he has provided visionary direction on the future of storytelling and how brands communicate across all media opportunities. He led the team for the massively successful Dexter/Showtime alternate reality game (summer-fall 2010).

Derek Woodgate: CCO, Plutopia Productions, Inc and President, The Futures Lab, Inc, Austin TX, USA.

Derek founded The Futures Lab, Inc in 1996 and has spent the past 16 years as a practicing futurist, author, speaker, and innovator, with a focus on the media, communications and entertainment industries. In 2006, Derek founded Plutopia Productions, Inc - a creator and producer of future-focused, entertainment and events, which leverage the convergence of technology, art and entertainment.

Jason Manly: President of the Art Department

Carolyn Handler Miller: Writer, Consultant and Specialist in interactive media; Author of "Digital Storytelling" second edition, Focal Press.

Carolyn Handler Miller is one of the pioneering writers in the field of interactive media and digital storytelling, having begun working in this area in the early 1990s. Her book, Digital Storytelling: A Creator's Guide to Interactive Entertainment (Focal Press) is now in its second edition.

Esther Lim: Digital Strategist & Transmedia Producer (San Francisco)

Esther Lim is a well respected Digital Marketing Leader, Transmedia Producer, Social Media Strategist, and Game Analyst. She has over fifteen years of combined interactive agency and consulting experience creating digital, social media and transmedia storytelling programs for Fortune 500 brands.

Gigi Wang: Chair Emeritus of the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab (San Francisco)

Gigi is the Chair Emeritus of the MIT/Stanford Venture Lab (where she remains on the Board) and is Managing Partner at MG-Team, an international strategic marketing and business development firm for mobile, web services and telecom companies. Gigi is also Co-Chair, Location Based Services SIG - Wireless Communications Alliance and Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at National University of Singapore.

Noah Falstein: Co-Founder, Chief Creative Officer at Suddenly Social & Owner at The Inspiracy (Sole Proprietorship)

Co-founder of Suddenly Social, a new startup in the Bay Area doing some revolutionary realtime multi-user, location-savvy tech for mobile (games and other apps). An expert at transmedia storytelling as well as what makes a storyline rich, immersive and resonant, she has been involved in strategic planning and production of video games, comic book series, movies, toys and animation for world-class franchises.

Dr. Beth Coleman: Director of City as Platform/XRML Amsterdam

She is the Director of City as Platform/XRML, Amsterdam, and is currently a Harvard University Faculty Fellow at Berkman Center for Internet and Society and a visiting Professor at the Institute of Network Cultures, Hogeschool van Amsterdam. From 2005-2011, Coleman has been a Professor of Comparative Media Studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she is the primary investigator of the Pervasive Media research and design lab.
